Most say the turn around time is 2 weeks.

I've also heard that not showing anything registered to you is normal, and it means they are working on it.

I sent my console in about 2 weeks ago, and it says "You have no registered devices" to me too. Just be patient, I'm sure it'll eventually come around.

I just spoke with customer support, and it sounds like they remove the serial number from site while the system is being repaired. Once they finish repairs, they add it back (or input a new number in case of replacement).

Repairs were quoted as taking 10-12 business days. The status blackout period should be no longer than that. So it looks like the full turn-around time is a month. Not coincidentally, they include a complementary 1 month XBox Live Gold service card along with the repaired/replaced unit.

So I'm looking at 1-2 more weeks until I get a replacement. Just in time for Mass Effect.
